Job summary

McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a Practice Marketing Director, Health to lead growth in the Healthcare practice. You will drive pursuit strategy across locations, shape win narratives, and lead a team of marketers who produce healthcare proposals.

You will own QA/QC for healthcare deliverables, develop pursuit playbooks, and partner with marketing communications and design teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels. Strong writing and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services marketing with healthcare design or construction pursuits.
• Demonstrated record leading winning pursuits for major health capital projects.
• Experience managing and developing marketing staff.
• Strong writing and editing; ability to construct an argument.

Responsibilities

• Leads pursuit strategy and pursuit execution across all locations for the Healthcare practice.
• Drives narrative and win strategy on high-priority opportunities; leads marketers who produce healthcare proposals.
• Owns QA/QC for healthcare pursuit deliverables and ensures brand conformance and readiness for submission.
• Develops and maintains pursuit standards, playbooks, and templates for the Healthcare practice.
• Tracks pursuit metrics and advises on positioning, teaming, and process improvements.
• Collaborates with marketing communications and creative teams on collateral and visuals.
• Directs interview preparation, coaching, and Q&A anticipation.
