Job summary

Jack Taylor, a boutique PR agency in Manhattan, seeks an Account Executive for the healthcare and health tech team to drive media relations and client service. You will manage campaigns from concept to execution, develop media materials, and build strong client partnerships.

You'll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment with hybrid work in Midtown Manhattan, contributing to campaigns for leading health brands and emerging innovators while developing your media relations and strategic

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PR experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech industry.
• Ability to create client-ready materials with minimal edits.
• Strong media relations, monitoring, and analytics execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop media materials and lists, create benchmarks of industry and competitive media coverage, draft calendars and other account activities.
• Schedule client and media calls via Zoom or Google Meet and circulate action items.
• Attend client meetings and ensure follow-through on to-dos.
• Draft interview briefs and manage monitoring/reporting across accounts in real time.
• Build media lists using Google News, Muck Rack, and Cision; pitch media and podcasts as applicable.
• Oversee HARO, QWOTED and inbound inquiries; drive quarterly client reports.
