CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumber to support a premier healthcare facility.

This Monday–Friday day shift role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations across complex plumbing systems, contributing to a safe and reliable environment for patients and staff. You will work within a collaborative facilities team, handling water systems, piping, fixtures, and medical gas distribution, while adhering to codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Journeyman plumbing certification required.
• Medical Gas and Backflow certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; prior shift supervisory experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, test, and troubleshoot water and medical gas systems.
• Install new water systems, piping and fixtures per blueprints and codes.
• Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using standard tools.
• Assist other staff or contractors on projects or equipment installations.
• Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices.
