Huron is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Senior Director to lead complex performance improvement engagements, manage engagement-wide economics, and deliver measurable client outcomes. You will build executive relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and drive new business opportunities in the rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare consulting, CAHPS expertise, and willingness to travel up to 50% weekly, with a base salary range of $225,000–$275,000

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare consulting or hospital operations experience including leadership of large engagements.
• Experience leading patient experience improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CAHPS and patient experience metrics.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% weekly and work extended hours as needed.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex performance improvement engagements with collaborative, high-performing teams.
• Manage engagement-wide economics: budgets, revenue forecasting, margins, invoicing and billing.
• Apply analytical thinking to quantify benefits, assess risks, and develop solutions.
• Communicate effectively to understand client challenges and deliver impactful proposals.
• Build executive-level relationships and identify new business opportunities.
