Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Ability to interface with employees at all levels.
• Understanding of basic financial analysis and modeling.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and create visualizations.

• Prepare reports and presentation materials for Performance Office and senior management meetings.
• Coordinate, direct and monitor assigned projects to ensure efficient operations.
• Communicate findings to management via reports and presentation materials.
• Provide expertise and guidance to other employees as required.
