ManpowerGroup is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s payroll team in El Monte, CA. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and timely employee payments for semi-monthly and biweekly periods.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of payroll/HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR management certificate.
• 2–3 years of payroll and/or HR administration experience.
• Knowledge of labor regulations, HIPAA, and wage-hour laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
