U.S. Bank is seeking a Healthcare Merchant Payments Sales Consultant to develop new business and expand relationships with healthcare practices.

You will assess client payment environments and deliver tailored payment solutions that improve cash flow and patient experiences. The role requires strong payments expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to translate complex workflows into practical recommendations while working with internal teams to onboard and manage ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Five+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, payment processing, treasury management, healthcare tech, or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payments ecosystem and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare merchant payment opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client payments environments.
• Assess and design tailored payment strategies to support revenue growth and cash flow.
• Coordinate with product, pricing, underwriting, risk, and implementation teams to deliver a smooth experience.
