Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Cash Poster to support payment posting within the healthcare claims workflow. The role involves posting deposits, denials, and adjustments, reconciling batches, and researching complex payments in a fast-paced MSO setting.

You will work 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT in the San Antonio office, with relocation consideration. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 1-3+ years' experience in cash posting in healthcare.
• Familiarity with payor-specific or medical reimbursement knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post deposits, payments, denials, and adjustments.
• Balance all groups back to batch total.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies as needed.
• Review statements and manage mail/lockbox records.
