Job summary

100 Stormont-Vail HealthCare, Inc. seeks a Healthcare Career Pathways Educator to deliver clinical education for our certified patient care technician program. The educator will contribute to development and delivery of programs that advance healthcare outcomes and serve as a change agent with evidence-based practices.

This is a full-time, year-round position. The role requires an Associate’s degree in healthcare or related area, and experience in teaching or precepting, with preferred classroom

• Developing or delivering training.
• Educating in classroom environments and varied clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Administers healthcare pathway curriculum under supervision, documents regulatory requirements, and maintains student records.
• Instructs per defined course outline, tailoring to high school students’ needs.
• Identifies learner follow-up needs and facilitates support.
• Evaluates outcomes with the Lead Outreach Educator and tracks learner progress.
• Manages classroom environment, supports academic growth, and communicates progress to parents and administration.
