Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand brand awareness and build referral relationships across Colorado, including Denver Metro. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, cross-functional coordination with clinical teams, and strategic growth initiatives.

You will engage with hospitals, physicians, and other partners to drive private duty nursing and home health services.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or healthcare preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, and other healthcare partners.
• Educate referral sources on home health services including private duty nursing and therapies.
• Coordinate with clinical team to determine staffing and referral appropriateness.
• Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care.
• Attend community events to increase brand awareness.
• Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources.
