Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years paralegal experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Notary Public preferred; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred if not held.

• Conducts legal research on healthcare regulations and employment law.
• Drafts and reviews legal correspondence, contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinates responses to subpoenas, medical record requests, notices of intent, discovery, and litigation holds.
• Maintains secure filing systems for legal documents and case files.
• Assists with regulatory compliance and accreditation activities.
• Supports outside counsel and coordinates litigation activities.
