Job summary

Integra Healthcare Equipment is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Minnetonka branch, overseeing service, warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.

The role emphasizes developing teams, improving processes, and ensuring safe, efficient equipment delivery and turnover in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare operations, logistics, field service, or DME teams.
• Strong coaching, communication, and employee development skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory, accreditation, safety, or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Operations: manage service, warehouse, dispatch, inventory and fleet to ensure timely delivery and setup of equipment.
• Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: coach, develop, and mentor Service Technicians, Dispatchers, and related staff.
• Ensure Compliance and Quality: uphold policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: analyze metrics, implement process improvements, and support organizational growth.
