The Acute Dialysis Healthcare Administrator (also known as Acute Facility Administrator or Acute FA) role at DaVita offers both rewards and challenges. Responsibilities

1. Contract Management: Exceed expectations of hospital partners by managing business aspects, adhering to contractual responsibilities, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring hospital satisfaction.
2. Financial Management: Drive financial results by managing budgets, forecasting expenses, communicating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
3. Patient Care: Impact patient lives by monitoring clinical outcomes and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal treatment responses.
4. Teamwork: Develop and mentor a cohesive team, conduct hiring and evaluations, and embed core values into clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 2 years' management experience or equivalent renal healthcare experience
• Current RN license if required by state
• Minimum 4 years' dialysis experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective relationships
• Adaptability, innovation, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel locally
