This role drives policy development, process improvements, and performance monitoring to align with the organization’s mission and strategic plan, while collaborating with external health authorities and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quality, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in a health care organization with FQHCs or similar settings.
• Experience leading process improvements and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities, IT, HR, and clinic operations under CEO supervision.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across sites.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and performance metrics.
