The role combines administrative leadership with clinical coordination, including scheduling, records management, onboarding, and cross-site communications. Candidates should have healthcare experience and be able to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical or healthcare background with administrative experience.
• Experience coordinating operations in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication with patients and staff.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel between practice locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations.
• Hire/train/supervise staff and create schedules.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Support procedures to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Assist with credentialing and onboarding.
• Travel between multi-location sites as needed.
• Support billing, documentation, and reporting.
