The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time role working alongside the Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development while fostering a positive workplace culture and outstanding customer service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field required.
• Florida Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license or Administrator-in-Training (AIT) experience preferred.
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with day-to-day management of facility operations.
• Support department leaders in achieving operational and clinical goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Admissions, Social Services, Rehabilitation, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Business Office.
• Assist with survey preparation and regulatory inspections.
• Promote resident satisfaction through exceptional service and timely issue resolution.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and staff development.
