Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, consulting, or data-driven roles at tech companies or startups.
• Strong SQL fluency for data querying and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end autonomously.
• Healthcare operations, claims, or billing experience is a bonus.
• Experience building/workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact processes: Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows - from discovery to deployment - ensuring repeatability and measurable impact
• Design and automate workflows: Use SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools (including LLMs) to automate manual claim-related workflows and improve scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions
• Analyze and optimize: Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes; identify bottlenecks and automate fixes
