The role designs, develops, implements, and supports reports and data extracts, and collaborates with leaders and vendors to collect reporting requirements. The position involves independent audits to test compliance with state and federal laws, analyzing regulatory requirements, and monitoring remediation of deficiencies while coordinating

Qualificações

• High school or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
• 5 years health plan operations experience or health services experience preferred.
• Good organization skills with ability to prioritize multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support regarding standard procedures and best practices to meet business objectives.
• Design, develop, implement and support reports and/or extracts.
• Gather and document reporting requirements with business leaders and vendors.
• Plan and execute internal audits to test compliance with state and federal laws.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations.
• Monitor remediation of identified deficiencies and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Create and analyze QA reports to ensure data accuracy in multiple systems.
