U.S. Urology Partners, LLC is seeking a Compliance Audit Analyst to join the Compliance Department. The role focuses on health care billing, coding, and documentation audits, with reporting to the Compliance Director and annual work plans guiding audits.

The analyst will conduct physician/provider and facility audits, prepare reports, analyze data, and collaborate with billing and coding teams to improve accuracy, minimize denials, and educate staff through formal and informal sessions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, health information management, or related field preferred; CPC/CCS-P/CPMA required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare operations, coding, or documentation auditing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to develop reports and presentations.
