Job summary

Correctional Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Assistant Health Services Administrator to support healthcare operations at South Placer Jail in Roseville, CA. The AHSA will work with the Health Services Administrator to oversee daily operations, staffing, reporting, compliance, accreditation readiness, and financial/administrative functions.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership, data analysis, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, business administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare administration, operations, or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily healthcare operations, staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee coaching, performance management, and retention.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and other operational and quality reports.
• Collect and organize data from multiple systems and present findings using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Support NCCHC/ACA compliance, accreditation readiness, audits, and corrective action plans.
• Assist with budget monitoring, payroll, timekeeping, expenditures, and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff, facility administration, custody leadership, HR, compliance, and CHP leadership.
• Represent the HSA in meetings or operational matters when designated.
