Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Prefer 2 years previous administrative and/or HR experience.
• Prefer AA degree.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including running background checks and drafting offer letters.
• Manage daily candidate communications with strong customer service and organization.
• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when responding to new hire requests and situations.
