Jackson and Coker Locum Tenens is seeking a Customer Care Intern for Summer 2027 in Alpharetta, GA. You will assist with onboarding providers, maintain accurate provider records, and support the Customer Care team to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience.

You will gain exposure to healthcare staffing operations, customer service, and compliance processes while developing professional communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with provider onboarding activities by collecting, reviewing, and entering required documentation and information into company systems.
• Pre-populate provider applications and profiles to support onboarding and credentialing workflows.
• Update and maintain provider records to ensure accurate and complete information.
• Contact providers and healthcare offices to obtain missing documentation and required information.
• Support provider verification activities and maintain detailed documentation of completed verifications.
• Create and maintain provider contact sheets, work history records, and supporting onboarding documentation.
• Upload booking confirmations, provider timesheets, and expense-related documentation.
• Enter and maintain provider travel details and assignment information.
• Assist with collecting and documenting travel-related invoices and expenses for accounting purposes.
• Support booking and assignment-related administrative processes.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and other internal teams to ensure a positive provider experience.
• Participate in special projects and provide additional support to the Customer Care team as needed.
