United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking a Business Office Manager for Orlando Ophthalmology Surgery Center to lead the business office and ensure compliant, efficient operations. You will supervise staff, manage patient financial workflows, and partner with clinical leadership to uphold high patient care standards.

The position requires a healthcare administration background, 5+ years in medical supervision, and solid accounting skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a medical setting.
• Experience with accounting systems and reporting.
• Familiarity with HOM, PPO, Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity and professionalism.
