Job summary

UNITE HERE HEALTH in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the Healthcare Network. The role focuses on handling physician contracts and amendments, building strong provider relationships, and coordinating contracting activities.

You will work with the Director of Healthcare Networks on special projects, ensure timely processing of contracts, renewals, and related documents, and help ensure compliance and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience minimum.
• Some understanding of physician contracts and reimbursement required.
• Managed care experience in provider relations, provider contracting and/or provider credentialing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with providers and vendors.
• Prepare, mail and track all contracts, including facility and physician contracts and amendments, Business Associate Agreements, Consulting Agreements and Patient-Specific Letters of Agreement.
• Communicate with providers/groups regarding contract language questions, concerns and/or language changes.
• Prepare, mail and track Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Coordinate the provider termination process.
• Assist in the communication of new contracts, rates and amendments to internal and external customers.
• Assist Director of Healthcare Networks with special projects.
• Perform the above listed position functions independently (or with limited supervision) and within time frame defined for the specific task by Fund management.
• Sets goals and achieve measurable results.
