ASST is seeking an experienced Estimator with millwork experience to analyze project requirements, develop accurate cost estimates, and collaborate with the sales team to submit timely bids. This role supports profitability by maintaining cost libraries and coordinating subcontracted pricing for healthcare, retail, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities include RFQ evaluation, preparing estimates, subcontracted quotes, cost library maintenance, and bid scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of estimating healthcare millwork or commercial construction projects.

• Evaluate RFQs to assess value and feasibility.
• Prepare accurate estimates per Bid Schedule and timelines.
• Estimate subcontracted costs and obtain quotes for required work and materials.
• Maintain an up-to-date cost library to improve estimating efficiency.
• Ensure bids include detailed schedules for accurate planning.
• Support the sales process with reliable estimates and assist in order entry as needed.
