Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• At least two years of customer service or call center experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and healthcare providers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Route information to appropriate departments and resolve member issues efficiently.
• Accurately document all correspondence and interactions in the claims management system.
• Assist with questions related to benefits, policies, eligibility, and medication denials.
• Support the organization’s compliance with healthcare policies and confidentiality standards.
