Beacon Hill is partnering with a healthcare organization in Dublin, Ohio to recruit a dedicated Support Representative to help members navigate benefits, claims, provider selection, and healthcare questions with clarity and care. You'll complete a 7-week paid classroom-style training (9:00 AM–6:00 PM) and transition to a regular Monday–Friday schedule (10:00

• Customer service, healthcare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with healthcare benefits, claims, coverage, and provider-related inquiries
• Provide guidance and support through complex healthcare situations
• Identify opportunities to reduce healthcare costs and improve access to care
• Advocate for members and help coordinate services to meet their needs
• Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve the member experience
• Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
