Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, manage member records, and promote Mayo Clinic Healthy Living services.
• Schedule appointments, patient registration, check-in/check-out, and payment transactions.
• Support the DAHLC multi-line telephone operation and service desks.
• Maintain knowledge of services and programs at the Healthy Living Center and promote Healthy Living philosophy.
