Job summary

American Health Advantage is seeking a customer-service focused leader to support local service areas. The role emphasizes coordinating enrollment follow-ups, answering member questions, and ensuring CMS-compliant interactions.

The candidate will work with nursing facilities and care teams to maintain relationships, meet monthly with members, and drive regional network development while upholding service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare delivery with elderly patients preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel to facilities within the assigned region; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Insurance Producer after enrollment to ensure seamless transition.
• Follow up with members to answer questions and provide plan updates.
• Act as front-line support with member, partner facility, and care team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with network providers/facilities in the region.
• Meet with the member/family at least monthly.
• Report and address member dissatisfaction to the plan.
• Maintain reporting on member status and facility calendars.
