Job summary

American Health Advantage seeks a customer-service oriented leader to support local service areas. After enrollment, coordinate with Insurance Producer to ensure seamless transition and ongoing member support.

You will engage with members and families, provide plan information, and maintain strong relationships across nursing facilities. The role emphasizes front-line support to meet member and plan needs, compliance with CMS regulations, and regional network development.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare delivery with elderly patients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• CMS regulations compliance experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Insurance Producer to ensure smooth enrollment and customer service success.
• Follow up with members to answer questions and provide plan updates.
• Act as front-line support for members, partner facilities and care team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with network providers/facilities in the region.
• Meet with members and/or families monthly.
• Report and address member dissatisfaction; track issues and status.
• Maintain reporting on member status, calendars, and issue tracking.
