Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Prepares, portions, and serves food per recipes and dietary plans.
• Assembles meal trays and ensures accurate delivery to patients according to dietary restrictions.
• Maintains food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Cleans and sanitizes preparation areas and equipment.
• Manages inventory, restocking, and monitors food quality to reduce waste.
• Operates cash register or payment processing if applicable.
• Collaborates with kitchen staff, dietitians, and healthcare providers to meet patient needs.
