Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Graduate degree pursuit (full or part-time) in an accredited college or university.
• Field of study: Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile enterprise datasets to assess data quality and governance implications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data management policies and initiatives.
• Develop reports and recommendations to improve data quality and governance.
• Participate in strategic data governance and master data initiatives.
• Gain exposure to healthcare data ecosystems and cloud-based data platforms.
• Engage in mentorship and project-based learning to develop analytics and business skills.
