Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare MDM Architect to design master data management programs for a large healthcare organization. You will lead the architecture, governance, and stewardship workflows at scale, with hands-on Prophecy experience and client-facing delivery from day one.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days in the office with up to 25% travel to client sites. You will shape architecture and roadmaps, mentor teams, and contribute to proposals in a dynamic Data & Analytics practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture or data management.
• Hands-on experience with Prophecy.
• Experience architecting MDM for healthcare providers/payors.
• Expertise with at least two MDM tools (e.g., Profisee, Microsoft Purview) with ≥4 full implementations.
• Deep knowledge of MDM concepts: match/merge, golden records, syndication, stewardship, privacy/regulatory compliance.
• Healthcare data modeling across provider and payer domains.

About the Role

We're hiring a Healthcare MDM Architect to design master data management and governance for one of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. Think provider and member data at real scale: match and merge logic, golden records, stewardship workflows, and the privacy and regulatory guardrails that come with healthcare data.

You'll join the Data and Analytics practice of a global AI-first technology consultancy and serve as the lead MDM voice on this account. That means running workshops, shaping the architecture and roadmap, and staying close to delivery as it gets built. The role is hybrid, with 2 to 3 days a week in a local office in one of eight metros, plus up to 25% travel to client sites as needed.

Hands-on experience with Prophecy is a must for this one. Consulting experience is a big plus, since you'll be client-facing from day one.

What You'll Do

• Architect MDM solutions for healthcare provider and payer data, including match and merge, golden record creation, syndication, and stewardship workflows
• Design the data governance processes that sit around MDM, from policies and operating models to runbooks
• Build data pipelines and transformation logic using Prophecy as part of the overall data platform
• Lead discovery workshops with client teams to map current state, constraints, and requirements, then define the future-state architecture
• Create phased implementation roadmaps that balance scope, resources, and regulatory needs
• Translate complex designs for both technical teams and executive stakeholders, and build alignment when priorities compete
• Support pursuits as the data SME, including RFP responses and proactive proposals
• Lead and mentor delivery teams working across multiple time zones

Qualifications

Must Have

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in data architecture or data management
• Hands-on experience with Prophecy
• Strong experience architecting MDM solutions and governance processes for healthcare provider and/or payer organizations
• Expertise in at least two MDM tools, such as Profisee and Microsoft Purview, with at least four full implementations behind you
• Deep knowledge of MDM concepts: match/merge, golden records, syndication, stewardship, and privacy and regulatory compliance
• Healthcare data modeling experience across provider and payer domains

Also Important

• Broad experience with data quality, data catalog, and data lineage
• A record of building from scratch as well as modernizing legacy architectures
• Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms, and designing for performance, scalability, and security
• Comfortable presenting to department directors and C-suite audiences, with clear writing and strong presentation skills
• Practical fluency with AI tools and a grounded view of their limits, including ethical considerations
• Located within commuting distance of Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Charlotte, Atlanta, or Denver, and able to travel up to 25%
