Job summary

Pratt Regional Medical Center Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee purchasing, inventory management, vendor relationships, and cost control. You will source products, ensure timely availability of quality supplies, and support compliant operations across all hospital departments.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (or equivalent experience), strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but will consider high school diploma or its equivalent plus experience.
• Excellent computer skills a must.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, and internet software, plus order processing systems are needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing and inventory management across the hospital.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality supplies.
• Control costs and identify cost-saving opportunities, including GPO contracts.
• Ensure timely availability of supplies and product sourcing.
• Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
