Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to manage staffing, training, and evaluation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Materials Management across General Stores and Receiving.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Provide weekend coverage as needed to support operations.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper stock, organization, and readiness of distribution areas.
