Responsibilities

• Oversees daily materials management operations including purchasing, receiving, inventory, and distribution to ensure timely availability of supplies for all departments
• Monitors inventory levels and usage trends, investigates discrepancies, and maintains accuracy without overages or shortages
• Coordinates purchasing activities per contracts, policies, and approved vendor lists
• Ensures accurate processing of purchase orders, receipts, returns within MMIS and collaborates with AP for invoice resolution
• Works with clinical/operational teams to standardize products and optimize utilization
• Monitors vendor performance and delivery accuracy and escalates issues as needed
