Novant Health in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support Supply Chain Operations. You will manage PAR levels, inventory, receiving and shipping, and serve as a liaison to clinical and non-clinical departments.

The role involves data input in Lawson/Ariba, processing orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock and par level maintenance while adhering to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare setting; inventory/logistics and related functions preferred.
• Requires prolonged standing, manual dexterity, lifting up to 35 lbs; data entry and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Administrative: Understand responsibility in cost containment by monitoring PAR levels via MIN/MAX and inputting Lawson/Ariba data; resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Communication: Provide excellent customer service and coordinate with departments on product information, sourcing, and order-related inquiries.
• Operations: Count and replenish par levels, assist with inventory, receive freight, and prepare/ship outgoing shipments.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to department, hospital, Corporate, and Joint Commission policies; monitor stock levels with MIN/MAX reports.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaborate with other departments.
