Job summary

UNC Lenoir Health Care is seeking a Materials Management Technician to inventory and resupply medical supplies across clinical areas. You will ensure clean, functional patient care equipment is available and properly labeled.

In this per diem role, you will organize work, restock PAR locations, assist with inventory audits, maintain equipment, and transport items as needed in a hospital setting at LENOIR MEM.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in Materials Management or nursing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Organizes own work activities to ensure their proper completion in a timely manner.
• Inventories and restocks PAR locations according to predetermined inventory levels.
• Assists with inventory auditing processes to ensure the accuracy of the hospital’s supply chain operation.
• Maintains a sufficient inventory of clean, functional equipment.
• Delivers and retrieves patient equipment as needed.
