Job summary

United Surgical Partners International in Fresno, CA is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk responsible for the receipt, stocking, distribution, and inventory of medical supplies and equipment, and for processing all items for ship-out.

You will perform daily inventory checks, coordinate deliveries with the Materials Manager, enter receipts into Meditech, receive and inspect deliveries, and support other department functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and pull stock for departments.
• Coordinate distribution and delivery of supplies with the Manager of Materials.
• Count and maintain inventory across departments.
• Enter receipts into Meditech.
• Receive, inspect, and accept or reject deliveries.
• Process and track equipment for repairs and loaners.
• Other duties as assigned.
