Job summary

Forest Grove Post Acute seeks a marketing and public relations leader to develop and direct our facility's communications and outreach. You will plan, implement, and evaluate programs to sustain census and inform the community about services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and five years of healthcare marketing/PR experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in marketing/public relations in a healthcare setting may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current listing of resident care employee phone numbers.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct marketing/public relations programs to increase census and inform the community.
• Develop and maintain policies on release of information in accordance with privacy rules.
• Assist directors in developing marketing policies; coordinate between departments.
• Review policies annually; suggest updates.
• Assist in customer satisfaction surveys development, implementation, and tracking.
• Interpret and communicate facility information release policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Ensure public materials are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with news media to share positive developments or promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and rights.
