Concept Therapy is seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The role oversees the referral process and builds strong partnerships with physicians, facilities, hospitals, and community partners to connect patients with therapy and home health services.

You'll drive campaigns, analyze market trends, and expand our referral network while representing Concept Therapy with professionalism during outreach visits and events.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• One year of experience in home health, healthcare marketing, case management, or a combination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of therapy or home health services preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position.

• Research the purchasing habits and behaviors of our target market
• Create and implement marketing campaigns
• Track and report on online marketing activities
• Identify, research, and report on competitors
• Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present to management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
