You’ll use proprietary technologies and data platforms to analyze trends across US markets, collaborating with brokers and leadership to deliver client-facing deliverables. This role blends data analytics, storytelling, and client engagement, with opportunities to influence deal processes and strategic advisory across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 1+ years of commercial real estate or consulting experience preferred
• Proven ability to present to internal and external audiences using digital mediums
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients and produce complex deliverables

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare markets and trends.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate and economic data to identify market shifts and risks.
• Maintain and update property, leasing, and comparable data in proprietary databases.
• Produce quarterly and custom market reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create data-driven insights and dashboards using digital tools and platforms.
• Translate complex datasets into concise narratives to support brokers and executives.
• Collaborate with leadership to author research deliverables and thought leadership content.
• Prepare tailored analyses for client pitches, site selection projects, and investment strategies.
• Present findings in client meetings to explain market conditions and real estate strategy.
