markets, collaborate with brokers and marketing teams, and contribute to thought leadership and client engagement. The role blends analytics, market research, storytelling, and collaboration, with opportunities to present findings in client meetings and support

Qualificações

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can transform complex market data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to present to internal and external audiences using digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with brokers, research and marketing teams, and leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and engage across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of healthcare markets, including leasing, investment, development, and tenant activity.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret real estate data to identify market shifts, opportunities, and risks.
• Produce quarterly and custom market reports summarizing industrial performance and forward-looking insights.
• Create visually engaging, data-driven insights and dashboards using internal data platforms.
• Collaborate with Regional Insight leadership to author research deliverables and presentations.
