AbsoluteCARE Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking an Executive Director, Market in Baltimore, MD. This leadership role collaborates with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality care across a multidisciplinary team and oversees daily market operations and policy implementation.

The role manages key performance indicators, budget planning, staff development, and payer relations to drive superior member outcomes and financial performance. Minimum 10 years in practice management is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of practice management experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in medical office supervision and management.
• Clinical background is a plus (LPN, RN, NP).
• MBA or MHA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and management of market operations including Utilization Management, Care Management, and Primary Care Programs.
• Responsible for financial and clinical performance of the market with target EBITDA.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure high quality care and excellent member experience.
• Lead and oversee direct reports: CCM/UM Manager, Engagement Manager, Practice Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Lead monthly Town Hall meetings and Monthly Operating Review (MOR) to drive performance.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing planning, and growth projections for market success.
• Promote core values and drive quality metrics across the market.
• Partner with pharmacy leadership to optimize patient care delivery.
