Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our on-site team with hybrid flexibility. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices) and hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP), SPC, CAPA, and process validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device preferred)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP) and Lean Six Sigma
• Strong problem solving and data analysis skills

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, develop process flows, SOPs, MPIs, and BOMs
• Lead sustaining engineering and Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
• Apply SPC, data analysis to ensure process capability, stability, and repeatability
• Support regulatory audits and quality system activities (CAPA, inspections)
• Provide guidance and training to manufacturing personnel across functions
