We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare practitioners, helping providers serve a growing client base. Our services include sourcing leads, marketing, billing, and payment collection from patients and insurers. Since 2011, we have supported over 2,000 mental healthcare providers.

Role Overview

The Prescriber Services Manager plays a key role in supporting Nurse Practitioners (NPs) delivering high-quality mental health care. The manager oversees a team supporting multiple offices, focusing on operational excellence, reducing administrative burdens, and strengthening provider relations. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership, hands-on management, and relationship skills, with a passion for improving clinicians' workflows and patient access to mental health services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the NP Liaison team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Understand prescriber workflows, needs, and pain points to serve as a strategic partner.
  • Design and implement scalable processes to reduce administrative burdens.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a visible presence within the NP community.
  • Monitor team performance, establish KPIs, and report on impact and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and tech teams to advocate for prescriber needs.
  • Identify and address support gaps with innovative solutions.
  • Manage staffing and onboarding to support team growth.
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
