Job summary

Motlow College seeks an Instructor to teach Healthcare Management in the A.A.S. program, covering Medical Management and Coding concentrations. The role includes on-ground instruction at the Nashville campus and online/hybrid delivery as needed.

The instructor will manage student assessment, maintain records, advise students, and collaborate with employers to align workforce needs. A Bachelor’s degree and professional certification are required, with a preference for a Master's and prior college

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field required.
• Industry certification such as RHIA, CPC, CCS or other applicable certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses on ground at the assigned campus/instructional site/work location.
• Deliver online, hybrid, or web-enhanced instruction as needed.
• Coordinate with course leads and program directors to ensure consistent student experiences.
