Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in healthcare, nursing facility, or residential setting.
• Working knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Complete general building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report hazards or needed repairs.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance with regulations.
• Work collaboratively with administration, nursing, and outside vendors as needed.
