Job summary

Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team and support the upkeep of our state‑of‑the‑art facility.

You will perform routine repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, conduct inspections, and ensure cleanliness and organization across all areas. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in Skilled Nursing.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various facility locations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, including equipment rooms and storage facilities.
• Complete tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of facility systems and equipment.
