Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, or related).
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Complete daily physical rounds to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic repairs.
• Review maintenance request logs and complete work orders promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to improve resident spaces and facility environment.
• Assist with furniture moves, equipment repairs, and general projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues to support safety and comfort.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
